alright, if you like small, stuffy rooms with mold smells, this is your place. the ‘major’ issue, however, was the staff demanding cash instead of taking my perfectly valid card. and they really should’ve thrown in a complimentary upgrade or at least a sincere ‘sorry’ for the hassle, right? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

we had a lovely stay at lx51 studios & suites by apt iin, lisbon center. the superior suite was cozy, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the metro. the standout for us was the delicious buffet breakfast with a great variety. the neighborhood felt safe, which we appreciated very much!

The rooms felt incredibly cramped!!! Poor sound insulation led to sleepless nights due to noise from neighbors upstairs!!! Better maintenance is needed for cleaning supplies and balcony furniture. Some appliances are outdated and should be replaced!!!

Mixed Experience with Room Conditions
Enjoyed our stay overall, but room 502 had damp issues that affected comfort. Despite this, the location was fantastic, making it easy to explore Lisbon. For future guests, try to request a room away from the damp areas and check the weather beforehand.

We loved exploring Lisbon, thanks to the hotel's fantastic location. The staff was incredibly supportive, helping us when we arrived early. They even stored our bags so we could go sightseeing with the kids. A special shout-out to Miguel for his restaurant recommendations!
My wife says that the small lift was a hassle for families with luggage.
